You can delete your ItemLogue account and its data at any time. You do not need to reinstall the app to do it. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.
Delete in the app
- Open ItemLogue and go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm by typing DELETE.
- Your access ends immediately and your data is marked for deletion.
Don’t have the app installed?
You don’t need to reinstall it. Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm you own the account and delete it for you.
What gets deleted
Your account and the content tied to it: hauls, items, sales and listings, tags and notes, and the photos you added (receipt, item, and sale images), along with your profile and preferences.
What we keep, and why
Once your account is deleted, we don’t hold on to your reselling records. We may briefly retain minimal security and diagnostic logs to protect the service from abuse; these are removed once they’re no longer needed. Your subscription and payment records are held by the App Store, Google Play, and our billing provider under their own policies — ItemLogue never stores your card details. Nothing is kept for marketing.
Export first (optional)
Deletion is permanent. If you want a copy of your records, export everything as CSV from the app before you delete — this works on any plan.
