No. Basic is free: unlimited manual item entry, Photo Studio background removal (free, works right on your phone), up to 10 photos per item, and full inventory, sales, reports, insights and reminders. It also gets a monthly allowance of Smart Capture, shared across reading receipts and haul photos, writing listing descriptions, price checks and publishing to eBay. Hit that limit and nothing breaks: everything else keeps working, you can still add items by hand, and profit still lands the moment something sells. Pro raises the allowance for active resellers, supports up to 20 photos per item, and adds CSV import, the year-end accountant pack, and more eBay tools. Both cover normal reselling use; fair-usage limits apply to automated or very high-volume activity.

Nothing is deleted. You move to the free Basic plan: your inventory, sales and reports stay, and everything Basic includes keeps working, including CSV export. Pro-only tools pause until you resubscribe, and then they pick up exactly where you left off.

Partly. A receipt you capture with no connection waits on your device and is read once you’re back online. Haul photos, saving and editing need a connection, so your data stays the same on every device.

You choose at save time. Every item lands in your one inventory list either way. The “Items only” checkbox on the review screen decides how the group shows when you group the list by haul: unchecked, the items sit under their own haul heading, the default when several items come from one photo or receipt; checked, they read as standalone items. Either way the cost split stays linked: shipping, fees and tax still divide across the same items. A single-item capture defaults to Items only, and you can change it later from the haul.

No, not unless you want to. A haul photo has no price tag to read, so ItemLogue defaults a multi-item pull into Bulk price mode: type one lot total, say $80, and it splits evenly across every item by unit. Bought a mixed lot where items are worth different amounts? Turn Bulk price off and each item gets its own editable cost field, pre-filled with its share of the even split, ready to adjust instead of typing from scratch. A receipt scan skips all this, since each line already carries its own printed price.

Yes. Set a return window when you log a haul, and ItemLogue counts it down on the item and sends a push before it closes, so you never get stuck with something you could have returned. Retail buys prefill a default window; thrift and marketplace buys start blank.

Long-press any item in the Inventory list, or inside a haul, to enter selection mode, then tap more items to add them. An action bar appears at the bottom for selling, tagging, changing condition, listing, printing QR labels or deleting every selected item at once. It works on inventory and personal items, not expenses.

Yes. Items you’re selling from your own closet can be logged as personal. They sit in the same inventory list (filter by item type to see just them), stay out of your business numbers, and get their own sales view. You can list them on eBay too.

Fastest is to search by name. If you’re scrolling instead, mind the sort. Lists default to “Last updated,” so anything you just touched is at the top, but switch to “Acquired” and an older buy drops to its own date, not the top. You can also filter by status, item type or return window, or group the list by haul, category or tag. One catch on the Sell tab: the “Recent (30 days)” filter hides sales dated over 30 days ago, even one you entered today. Clear it to see them.

Yes. ItemLogue prints QR labels for your items and storage bins. Pick the paper and grid, then print and cut. Scan an item’s label to open its detail, or scan a bin’s label to see everything stored inside it. It also reads a product’s own barcode if you’ve linked one. Turns a wall of bins into something you can search from your phone.

eBay (US) does today: connect your seller account and ItemLogue publishes your listings and brings your eBay sales in. We’re working on more connections where a platform offers one. Tap Marketplaces in the top bar and turn on eBay (US), then sign in to eBay. Your active eBay listings and recent sales arrive in Review, where you add them as new items, link them to items you already have, or dismiss them. You’ll need a US eBay seller account with business policies (shipping, payment, returns) set up on eBay.

Open the item and tap List. You can clean the background first with Photo Studio (free on every plan, runs right on your phone). Edit the title buyers will search, check prices against similar listings, and write a description from the photo. On the Publish tab, ItemLogue picks the eBay category and condition and fills in the item details for you to review. Tap Publish to eBay and it goes live with your business policies and photos. It’s a normal eBay listing, so you can still edit it on eBay.

Both can connect eBay and publish listings. On Basic, publishing uses your monthly Smart Capture allowance, and syncing your eBay listings and sales is free for a limited time. Pro adds a larger import of your existing listings, by date range, and keeps eBay quantities in step automatically when something sells elsewhere. On Basic, those quantity changes wait in Review for your OK.

Not yet. The eBay connection is for US eBay seller accounts (ebay.com). You can still record sales from any eBay site by hand, like any other platform.

Swipe an expense left in your All Expenses list to delete it instantly, with an undo option if you swipe the wrong one. Tap the row instead to edit it. There’s no bulk delete for expenses. That’s on purpose: an expense doesn’t touch your inventory or profit numbers, so removing one is low stakes. Inventory works differently, since sales and profit can be tied to an item, so that list uses a more deliberate long-press-to-select flow.

All of them. Record what you buy and sell across eBay, Poshmark, Depop, Mercari, Vinted, Facebook Marketplace and more, from one place. You pick the platform when you record a sale. eBay (US) also connects directly: list items there from ItemLogue, and your eBay sales sync in on their own.

Long-press the sale card in Sell → History and pick Edit sale or Delete sale from the sheet that opens. Edit lets you fix the price, fee, shipping or notes. Delete confirms first, since removing a sale changes your recorded profit.

One buyer, several items, one sale price: pick all the items from that sale, enter what you got for the bundle plus any fee or shipping, and ItemLogue splits it across the items in proportion to what each one cost you, so profit comes out accurate instead of an even guess. Sell 3 items for $45 total and each still ends up with its own real number, not a flat third of $45 each.

When an item is listed on more than one platform and it sells on one, ItemLogue reminds you to pull the other listings down, so you don’t sell it twice and eat a cancellation. On eBay it can do more: with Outgoing sync on (Pro), it updates the eBay quantity for you, and it always asks before ending a listing. Otherwise the change waits in Review for your OK.

When you save a haul, ItemLogue spreads shipping, fees, discounts and tax across the items so each one carries its true cost. When an item sells, it subtracts the platform fee and shipping from the sale price and compares that to the item’s cost. The result is real profit, not a rough guess.

Yes, on Pro. Bring in a CSV of items and sales, from your own spreadsheet or another app’s export. ItemLogue matches the columns for you, then validates and previews everything before it’s saved. If your file needs a hand, support will help you map it.

Your records are stored on managed cloud infrastructure and scoped to your account, so no other user can read them. You can export everything or delete your account at any time.

Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm. Your access ends immediately and your data is marked for deletion. No longer have the app installed?
